When will I receive my certificate?

Your nationally recognised certificate will be issued electronically within 3 working days, given  all assessments have been successfully completed and all course requirements have been met.

Where are your courses held?

Courses are delivered at our training venue or at your workplace for group bookings. Once your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the training venue address, course details, and any other important information you need before attending.

Do you offer onsite workplace training?

Yes. We can bring all the required equipment to your workplace for convenient onsite training.

What if I have a physical injury or medical condition?

Please inform your trainer before the course begins. We will work with you to provide reasonable adjustments where possible while ensuring assessment requirements are met.

Do I need any previous first aid experience?

No. Most first aid courses are suitable for beginners and require no prior knowledge.

How long is my first aid certificate valid?

Most first aid qualifications are valid for three years, while the CPR component is recommended to be renewed annually in line with industry guidelines. We also send a friendly email reminder when your certificate is approaching its expiry date to help you stay up to date with your training.

What if I don't pass the course?

If you are assessed as Not Yet Competent (NYC), your trainer will provide feedback and discuss the available reassessment options in line with our RTO's policy. Our experienced trainers will support and guide you throughout the process and will do their best to help you achieve competency where possible.
