HLTAID009 - Provide CPR
 

This nationally recognised course provides the practical skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the latest Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.

  • Perform effective CPR in accordance with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.

  • Apply the DRSABCD emergency action plan.

  • Safely operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

About This Course

On Site Theoretical and Practical Component

This HLATID009 course is delivered entirely face-to-face, in one convenient, on-site session, taking approximately 1.5 hours. During this session, participants will learn all required first aid theory, receive hands-on instruction from an experienced trainer, and complete all practical skills and assessments in the same location. There are no separate theory classes, or online modules, everything is completed in one streamlined, engaging session.
